I am a physician with special interest in obesity. Having gone through my personal journey, I am on a mission to help the frustrated overweight person lose weight and live healthy. I’m an Integrative Nutrition Coach and John Maxwell certified Coach, Speaker and trainer. I love to cook and experiment with food.

Weight loss problems
What have they tried in the past?
The Female tried to visit multiply nutritious who were not professional and didn’t guide her well about her weight loss. She applied every perception as per recommendations, but it was not practical for her body; as a result, can’t fail her weight.
What was the reason it didn't work?
They have never experienced any success because of poor diet recommendations. Initially, a woman applied for three months based on a daily routine, but each day she gained weight. She still visits after one week on her doctor’s advice but did not receive any improvement.
Have they ever experienced any success and what made it work?
Experienced nutrition can guide/her patient very well. It is the patient’s responsibility to act upon their doctor. Its mean recommendations are not authentic; that is why they did not work well despite the numberless nutritious.
How much have they spent on diets?
They spent three months with continuous struggle with recommended diets. But never effective. Every patient is conscious about their health and must go to a doctor. If they don’t receive any recovery, they feel fed up.

Studies have shown that both salt and sugar are harmful to health. Salt and sugar are commonly consumed without considering their adverse effects. Because of this, diabetes and high blood pressure cases are on the rise. Salt contains ingredients that raise blood pressure, and high blood pressure can lead to paralysis, strokes, brain hemorrhages, etc. Additionally, excessive sugar intake can cause high blood sugar levels, which can cause eye diseases, wounds that are slow to heal, and tooth decay.
